摘要
逆境会使植物细胞中积累过量的活性氧,引发氧化胁迫,抑制植物的生长发育。抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)可以清除植物体内尤其是叶绿体中的H2O2,从而提高植物对氧化胁迫的耐受性。综述了番茄APX的基因克隆、基因表达调控及基因工程的研究进展。
The imposition of environmental stress leads to accumulation of excessive reactive oxygen species ( ROS ) in plant cells, causes oxidative stress, and inhibits the growth and development of plants. Ascorbate peroxidase(APX) could scavenge H202 in plants, especially in the chloroplast, so as to improve the tolerance to oxidative stress. This paper reviews research progress of gene cloning, gene expression and re gulation, and gene engineering APX in tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. ).
