摘要
随着移动通信和互联网融合技术的发展,移动互联网正成为公共危机信息传播的重要媒介。移动互联网环境下公共危机信息传播具有无线移动性、实时交互性、媒介融合性、影响广泛性以及定位精准性五个特征。移动互联网环境下公共危机信息初始传播行为主要由传播动机、传播渠道和传播对象三大因素决定,其中传播动机包括信息性动机、情绪性动机和社会性动机。移动互联网环境下公共危机信息再传播行为的影响因素包括初始传播者的事件涉入度和可信度,危机信息的极性和生动性,再传播者的传播动机和共鸣程度。
With the development of mobile communication and interact, the mobile interact is becoming the main medittm for public crisis information dissemination. In the mobile interact environment, the public crisis information dissemination has five characteristics,including wireless mobility, real-time interaction, media fusion, extensive influence and directional precision. Initial dissemination is determined by dissemination motivation,dissemination channel and dissemination target,and dissemination motivation covers informational motivation, e-motional motivation and social motivation. The influencing factors of re-dissemination include the involvement and credibility of initial disseminator, the polarity and vitality of crisis information,the dissemination motivation and resonance degree of re-disseminator.
