面向科研决策的信息服务框架探析

On the Framework of Information Services with A Science Research Decision-Making Orientation

面向科研决策的信息服务是高校图书馆参考咨询向知识咨询转变的重要路径,对于辅助科研决策具有重要的参考意义。笔者试图将情报研究方法已有的理论成果与图书馆的科研情报业务结合在一起,梳理科研信息服务的层次、方法、方式以及核心流程,以建立高校图书馆科研信息服务框架,并对面向机构决策的科研信息分析服务框架进行案例解析,希望能够给同行带来参考与帮助。

As an important pathway for college libraries to be transformed from reference services into knowledge consultation, informa- tion services orienting science research decision-making are significant to assist making decision for science research. The author tries to integrate mature theories in LIS with information services so as to shape the framework of information services orienting science research decision-making by analyzing its levels, methods, approaches and key workflows. In addition, the author conducts a case analysis for the proposed information services framework. It is hoped that the paper may provide some useful references to others.
