新选玉米自交系耐盐性鉴定及耐盐机理浅析 被引量:5

摘要 采用室内盆栽试验,对32个地方玉米品种自交系进行盐胁迫处理,研究不同品种在苗期的主要农艺性状变化,并选择极端材料测定Na+、K+、Cl-在根和茎叶中的分布情况。结果表明,盐胁迫对玉米苗期的主要农艺性状均有不同程度的影响,存在较明显的基因型差异;对于不同耐盐性的材料,Na+、K+、Cl-在根和茎叶中的分布也存在明显差异。经综合评价,筛选出两份耐盐性极强的材料,可以作为耐盐种质使用。 The salt resistance of 32 local varieties of maize inbred lines was evaluated according to main agronomic traits, and the distribution of Na+, K+, C1 throughout the root and stem leaf of the extreme material was detemined by potted plant experiment. The results indicated that salt stress had varying degrees impact on main agronomic traits of the maize in seeding stage, and the differences of the traits were extremely significant. As to materials of different salt-tolerance, the distribution of Na+, K+, Cl-throughout the root and stem leaf had significant difference. After a comprehensive evaluation, two highly salt-tolerant materials that had been screened out could be used as salt-tolerant germplasm.
