摘要
唐菖蒲(Gladiolus hybrids Hort.)同源多倍体用秋水仙素诱导的最佳条件为用0.5 mg/L秋水仙素溶液处理其试管苗幼嫩顶芽3周,并接种于含0.5 mg/L 6-BA、0.1 mg/L NAA的芽分化培养基上。利用染色体计数法对诱导出的多倍体株系进行分析,并对后代无性系变异植株进行繁殖。结果表明,通过诱导方式产生的多倍体均为四倍体,染色体基数为2n=4x=60。
Autopolyploids of Gladiolus hybrids Hort. were induced with colchicine. The results indicated that the optimalmethod for induced autopolyploids was treated by 0.5 mg/L colchieine concentration to the plantlets for 3w, and then let them inoculate in MS medium of bud differentiation for containing 0.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA. Induced polyploids were identified by the method chromosome number and breeding the plants of elonal variation. It was showed that all of induced polyploids were tetraploids, and the chromosome number was 2n=4x=60.
