桉木液化物活性碳纤维的结构与性能表征 被引量:2

摘要 采用自动吸附仪、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱分析(XPS)和傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)测试桉木液化物活性碳纤维(LWACF)的结构,系统认识以桉木为原材料的LWACF性能。结果表明,LWACF比表面积达2 144 m2/g,平均孔半径为0.90 nm,微孔率为84.8%,部分介孔,无大孔;形貌在SEM下非常光滑,但在TEM下观测到表面是低于1nm的微孔并有结晶区存在;XPS表明LWACF由碳、氧元素组成,C原子浓度为96.8%;XPS和FTIR均证明LWACF表面有羟基、羰基和羧基等含氧官能团存在。LWACF比表面积大、微孔发达、具有含氧官能团,是优异的功能吸附材料。 In order to comprehend the LWACF performance with Eucalyptus as raw material, the structure of Liquefied Eucalyptus Wooden Activated Carbon Fiber (LWACF) was measured using a Surface Area Analyzer and a Pore Size Analyzer, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results showed that LWACF surface area was 2 144 m^2/g, the average pore radius was 0.90 nm, micropores rate was 84.8% and on which a part of mesoporous were observed but no macropores. Its morphology was very smooth obtained by SEM, but the micropores were less than 1 nm and existed crystal area on the surface indicated by TEM. The data recorded by XPS showed that LWACF was composed of carbon and oxygen, and the concentration of C atoms was 96.8%. XPS and FTIR showed that oxygen containing functional groups including hydroxyl, carbonyl and carboxyl were existed on LWACF surface. The LWACF is an excellent adsorption material for its large specific surface area, rich micropores and oxygen functional groups.
