超载放牧、投入不足和管理不善是困扰我国草场经营和牧业可持续发展的主要障碍,发达国家草场精细化管理对我国草场经营乃至畜牧业可持续发展具有重要启示,实行承包经营、加大技术投入、强化政府监管、推行社区参与,通过集约经营和精细化管理,实现草场生产功能和生态功能协调统一。

The developed countries grassland fine management has important enlightenment to China grassland management and sustainable development of animal husbandry. The enlightenments, including carry out contracted operation, increase technology investment, strengthen government regulation and the implementation of the community participation, through the intensive management and fine management, could realize the grassland production function and ecological function harmonious and unified.
