摘要
土地资源的数量质量并重管理对国家粮食安全和经济发展具有重要意义,开展耕地质量等级监测有利于揭示我国耕地质量等级变化特征,进而实现对耕地数量和质量并重的管理。在分析化州市耕地质量等级监测试点工作技术与方法的基础上,探讨了该项工作的技术难点、工作重心以及可能改进的方面,以期为全面开展耕地质量等级监测工作提供技术支持和理论依据。
Land resources management of quantity and quality has important significance for national food security and economic development. Farmland quality level monitoring can reveal the variation of cultivated land level, so as to realize the management of cultivated land quantity and quality. In this paper, based on the analysis of technology and methods of Huazhou farmland quality level monitoring, the technical difficulties of the job, the focus of the work and possible improvements were explored, in order to provide technical support and theoretical basis to carry out a comprehensive farmland quality level monitoring.
