摘要
从人机工程学的角度、以健身健美操为例对室内健身场馆的空间容纳率进行调查,研究发现适合健身健美操练习活动的最佳空间容纳率为2 500×4 500 mm2~2 200×4 000 mm2/人。目前福州市的室内健身场馆空间容纳度偏高,应控制健身人数,把精力集中在提高服务质量、更新器材、提高教练的专业素养上。而福建师范大学的室内健身场馆空间容纳率也偏高,也要相应减少每班人数,以每班20~30人为宜。
Based on the angle of ergonomics, the study shows that the aerobics for the space of indoor gyms containing rate survey to obtain the numerical optimal space for Aerobics movements of the housing rate is 2 500 × 4 500 mm2 to 2 200 × 4 000 mm2 everyone.
