摘要
随着校园足球的广泛开展,其存在的问题也日益凸显,当中最棘手、最迫切的问题是:如何提高教练员的综合素质,让他们热爱并献身于校园足球,为促进中国足球事业发展而努力。基于现状,通过各种渠道提高足球教练的素质,把优秀人才聚拢到教练队伍中,以达到提高中国足球总体水平的最终目的。
With the extensive development of football on campus, its problems have become increasingly prominent. The most urgent need to address the question is ： how to improve the overall quality of coaches, so that they love and devote to football on campus, to promote Chinese football career development efforts. Based on this, through various channels, we shall improve the quality of football coach, in order to improve the overall level of Chinese football is the ultimate goal.
