Improvement of Motion Estimation Based on Triangle Inequality and Linear Prediction

本文对 H.2 63视频编码方案中的运动估计算法提出了两个改进方法 :一是利用三角不等式原理对宏块进行筛选 ,只有通过筛选的宏块才继续进行匹配 ,从而减少了运算量 ;二是对搜索窗口位置先进行预测 ,然后再进行宏块匹配。

In the paper,Recommendation H 263 is briefly introduced for the purpose of improving the algorithm of motion estimation for video coding,and two methods based on the principle of triangle inequality are presented to decrease computation cost and predict the location of search windows.
