摘要
本文研究的目的:如何保证中国企业在中东国家保质、保量的完成海洋工程施工任务。本文研究方法:通过对阿曼海洋工程施工难点进行列举,其中包括:包括陌生的人文环境和深不可测的海洋气候、巨大工程量、地质坚硬、缺少分包商资源的情况下,并分析了各种施工难点的解决方案及方法。最终结论:优化施工及设计方案对海外海洋工程施工进度推进至关重要。阿曼项目介绍:本项目为独立海水淡化+燃气电厂项目。保证合同电输出Guaranteed Contracted Power Capacity(GCPC)为430 MW的电厂,与保证合同水量Guaranteed Contracted Water Capacity(GCWC)为2841 m2/h的水厂。此项目厂址位于【the Wilayat of Mirbat,Salalah】以北25 km处,Mirbat河以南;厂址靠近海。
The purpose of this atrial study:it is the serious problem for every Chinese construction company that how to finish construction and ensure it meet the schedule and quality requirement in the Middle East countries,this article research methods through analyzing difficulties encountered in the marine construction including the unfamiliar humanistic environment,unfathomable sea climate,great project quantities,hard geology,the shortage of subcontractor,analyzed all kinds of construction difficulties and solution method.Finally we draw conclusion: optimization of construction and design scheme for overseas ocean engineering construction progress is very important to promote.Oman project introduced: this project is independent desalination + gas power plant project.guarantee Guaranteed Contracted Power Capacity(GCPC) for 430 MW of Power plant,and Guaranteed Contracted Water Capacity(GCWC) for 2841 m/h water plant.The project site located in the Wilayat of Mirbat,Salalah 25 km north of place,and south of the Mirbat river,Site near offshore.
