摘要
传统光谱分析手段在航空发动机磨损类故障定位方面局限性突显。综合应用光谱监控分析、铁谱监控分析、自动磨粒监控三种技术在航空发动机的磨损类故障检测中具有互补准确的优点。针对国产新型发动机的综合监控方法和数据库软件的应用能大大提高航空发动机滑油监控的安全性。
The traditional spectral analysis method have limit highlight in aeroengine wear fault location.Analysis on comprehensive application of spectrum monitoring, ferrography monitoring analysis and automatic grinding monitoring, these three kinds of technology have complementary accurate merits in the wear fault detection of aeroengine.For the application of domestic new engine integrated monitoring method and database software can greatly increase the safty monitoring of aeroengine lubricating oil.
