Come off sentry duty and joblessness are popular social problems in our country now.It is very significant to do the work of unemployment insurance well.In this paper, we discuss the optimal allocations of unemployment insurance system by Bayesian decision method.We deduce the optimal numbers of tested department and optimal allocations under some conditions.
