摘要
有关时间—费用交换问题的研究主要集中在对活动的时间—费用函数关系类型与求解方法的讨论上 ,而没有考虑收入与资源对决策的影响 .本文讨论了当收入与项目进程中里程碑的实现时间相关时的时间—费用交换问题 ,提出了以净收益最大化为目标的优化模型 ,并设计了 3种利用不同新解生成机制的模拟退火过程 .通过对一个实例的对比计算说明了该模型的有效性 .同时还利用随机产生的 6 0个实例对 3种模拟退火过程的性能进行了测试 .
Research on the time cost trade off problem is primarily focused on types of time cost function of each activity and algorithms. The influence of income and resource on decision was largely ignored. In this paper, a time cost trade off problem with time dependent income is presented. An optimal model is proposed to maximize net income and three simulated annealing procedures using different new solution generation mechanisms are designed for the model. A comparative calculation on an example indicates the effectiveness of the model. Furthermore, 60 activity network instances are generated randomly to test and compare the performance of the three simulated annealing procedures.
