摘要
面对西部开发“热”,本文从防灾减灾及生态安全等视角提出了西部减灾的新世纪战略。本文认为 ,西部开发建设起点要高 ,必须有相应的安全保障措施及良好的生态环境相对应 ,特别应避免继承发达国家及我国东部发展不成功的建设经验。据此 。
More and more concerns have been shown about safety and disaster alleviation in the west Development of china.This paper reviews the status of the sustainable development in china and highlights the progress achieved so far.The paper advocates a new system for creation,discusses aspects of scientific disaster alleviation on the basis of disaster conditions in China.
