摘要
目的 :建立一种乳果糖口服液含量的反相高效液相色谱测定法。方法 :氨基柱 ,以磷酸盐缓冲液 -乙腈(19∶81)为流动相 ,流速 1 8mL·min-1,检测器 :示差折光检测器。结果 :线性范围 :5 0~ 40 0 μg ,r =0 9999,回收率为 10 0 0 % ,RSD为 1 0 % (n =5 )。结论 :本方法结果准确 ,重现性好 ,为乳果糖口服液提供有效的质量控制方法。
