摘要 电力系统建设与发展的需要使得我国形成了跨区域互联电网。当系统中某处发生振荡时,若没有及时采取解列控制,事故可能会在系统中蔓延,造成系统稳定性破坏,甚至造成不可控恶性连锁反应事故的发生。分析了电力系统失步后电气量变化特征,提出了基于无功功率积分的振荡中心定位判据,并在CEPRI-36节点系统中进行仿真分析。试验结果表明该方法能从电力系统全局出发,采用多端电气参量对失步中心进行准确定位和捕捉,实时监控系统状态,自动适应系统电网结构和运行方式的变化,对失步状态进行快速识别和解列。 The construction and development of power system make our country form cross area interconnected power grid. When somewhere oscillates in the system, if there is no timely disconnection control, accident may spread in the system which will cause stability damage, even more uncontrollable chain reaction. So how to guarantee system make out-of-step separation in the critical moment is the important task in the current power system. This paper analyzes electric parameters variation characteristics after out- of-step, proposed oscillation ce, nter positioning cretion based on reactive power integral, and simulation analysis in CEPRI-36 node system. The experimental result shows that this control method can start from the overall situation of the power system, adopt multiple electrical parameters to locate and capture oscillation accurately, monitor system state timely, automatic adaptive system network structure and operation mode change, recognize and separate the condition of out-of-step.
