摘要
新形势下如何根据负荷中心的用电需求,综合考虑技术、经济、社会各方面因素,合理选择待建火电厂的厂址,以增强电网的安全和企业的竞争力,已成为电网和发电企业共同关注的问题。首先基于粗糙集方法获得指标的权重,集结指标值后得到备选火电厂的综合评价值,并以建设成本最小化和建厂综合效益最大化的综合评价值为目标,建立双目标规划模型。算例分析结果表明,该方法具有较好的适用性和可行性,对优化火电厂选址具有重要意义。
Under new situation, how to make a reasonable choice on the site selection of coal-fired power plants considering the technical, economic and social factors, according to electricity demand of load centers, has been the focus for both power grid companies and power generating companies in order to increase their security and competitive advantage. Firstly, the attribute weights can be obtained by rough set approach. Aggregating the attribute values, the overall score of every" candidate coal-fired power plant can be attained. A bi-objective mathematic model for the site selection of coal-fired power plant is then formulated. Example results show that method has good applicability and feasibility and is beneficial to optimize the site selection of coal-fired power plants.
