摘要
目的 :用HPLC法测定帕司烟肼片中对氨基水杨酸和异烟肼的含量。方法 :以ODS为固定相 ,流动相为0 0 5 %十二烷基硫酸钠 -甲醇 (7∶1,含 0 2 %醋酸钠 ) ,检测波长为 2 5 4nm ,采用外标法。结果 :对氨基水杨酸、异烟肼的线性范围分别为 0 2 1~ 1 2 μg和 0 18~ 1 1μg ,回收率分别为 10 0 1%和 10 0 5 %。 结论 :本法结果准确 ,重现性好 ,以此法测定帕司烟肼的含量 ,更具合理性 ,能有效地控制质量。
Objective: Aminosalicylic acid and isoniazid were determined by HPLC in pasiniazide tablet.Methods:SHIMADZU ODS(10 cm×4 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase constisted of 0 05% sodium dodecyl sulphate-methanol(7∶1,with 0 2% sodium acetate).Detection was done at 254 nm,external standard method.Results:The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0 21~1 2 μg for aminosalicylic acid and 0 18~1 1 μg for isoniazid The average recoveries( n =5)of aminosalicylic acid and isoniazid were 100 1%( RSD =1 1%)and 100 5%( RSD =0 9%),respectively.Conclusion:This method is accurate,good repeatability and is very suitable for the quality control pasiniazide tablet
