摘要
拉莫三嗪是目前临床上普遍使用的一线抗癫药物,其药动学、治疗效果、耐受性等在不同人群中有所差别。本文主要总结拉莫三嗪在新生儿、婴儿、老年人及育龄期女性中的应用。
Lamotrigine is commonly prescribed as a first-line antiepileptic drug. Its pharmacokinetics, efficacy and tolerability, are diverse in different populations. The application of lamotrigine in newborns, infants, elders and women of child-bearing were summarized.
