结直肠癌NCCN、NICE指南及中国卫生部诊疗规范的比较

Comparison of NCCN, NICE and Chinese Ministry of Health guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer

结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是我国常见消化系恶性肿瘤之一,近年来其发病率的不断增加,如何规范CRC的临床诊疗行为,已越来越受到临床医师的关注.长期以来,我国医师多参考美国国立综合癌症网络(National Comprehensive Cancer Network,NCCN)发布的诊治指南.英国的结直肠癌英国国家卫生与临床研究所(National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence,NICE)指南也越来越受到人们的关注.2010年10月我国卫生部颁布了结直肠癌诊疗规范即《结直肠癌诊疗规范》.本文从以下几方面对上述指南及规范进行比较和解读.

Colorectal cancer （CRC） is one of the most com- mon gastrointestinal malignancies in China. With the increasing in the incidence of CRC in recent years, standardization of the diagnosis and treatment of CRC has attracted more and more attention from clinicians. Over the past years, although clinicians in China mainly refer to the NCCN guideline, the NICE guideline also attracts wide attention. In addition, the Chinese Ministry of Health guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of CRC was issued on October, 2010. In this paper, we will compare and inter- pret the above three guidelines.
