Expression of the uPA,MUC1 and p53 in Colorectal Adenocarcinoma and Its Significance

摘要 目的探讨尿纤溶酶原激酶(uPA)、黏蛋白1(MUC1)和p53蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达和临床意义。方法采用SP法免疫组织化学检测78例大肠癌、30例大肠腺瘤和20例正常大肠组织中uPA、MUC1和p53蛋白的表达。结果 (1)大肠癌组织中uPA、MUC1蛋白表达定位于细胞质,p53蛋白定位于细胞核,三者的表达均明显高于癌旁正常肠腺上皮和大肠腺瘤(P<0.05)。(2)三者的表达与大肠癌组织分化程度、淋巴结转移及临床病理分期有关(P<0.05);三者之间表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 uPA、MUC1和p53蛋白在大肠癌呈高表达,与大肠癌的进展密切相关。 Objective To study the expression of uPA, MUC1 and p53 in human colorectal adenocarcinoma and its significance. Methods The immunohistochemical SP method were detected 78 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma, 20 cases of normal colorectal mucosa and 30 cases of colorectal adenoma with uPA, MUC1 and p53. Results The positive expression rate of uPA, MUC1 and p53 were located in the cytoplasm and nucleus. Their expression in colorectal carcinoma was much higher than that in colorectal mucosa, colorectal adenoma (P〈0.05). The expression of uPA, MUC1 and p53 was closely correlated with the differentiation, TNM and lymph nodes metastasis(P〈0.05). Gonclusion uPA, MUC1 and p53 is closely related to the colorectal adenocarcinoma occurrence. All of them are important biological markers in colorectal adenocarcinoma occurrence and development.
