对中国建筑方针的再认识

Reflection on China’s Guidance Policy for Architecture

随着中国城镇化进程加快,城市数量迅速增加,规模不断扩大,建筑的发展也面临着一系列亟待解决的疑难问题。由于建筑设计的本土化与多元化的激烈碰撞,不少建筑设计偏离了中国建筑方针,一些建筑不惜违背了可持续发展的要求。因此,对建筑的认知和传承需要在一个科学的理论体系下进行系统的思考,用科学的建筑方针指导建筑的发展。

As the urbanization process speeds up in China, an explosive number of new cities have sprouted and grown in an increasingly higher rate. Meanwhile, the architecture discipline is also facing a series of imperative challenges and problems. As a result of the intense conflict between local architectural culture and diversified architectural culture meet, many architectural designs have deviated from China＇ s guidance policy for architecture, represented by the nonconformity of quite a few of architectures to sustainable development requirements. Therefore, a systematic reflection on how to perceive and hand down the architecture culture is required within a scientific theoretical framework so that scientific guidance policy could act on the architecture sector.
