摘要 日前,住建部公布了《"十二五"绿色建筑和绿色生态城区发展规划》,其规划内容把绿色建筑在国内的发展推到了一个新高度,绿色建筑的发展也标志了传统建筑设计从最开始的空间利用、形式结构设计,逐渐走向了生态建筑、有机建筑,成为了生态循环系统的重要组成部分。本文以此为背景,以BIM技术为切入点,重点探讨BIM技术在绿色建筑的发展中产生的积极意义。 Recently, "The Development Guideline of Green Building and Green Ecological City of the Twelfth Five-Year" published by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the PRC. The development of green building in China will reach a new height with the content of the plan. As an important part of ecological cycle system, the development of green building also marks the traditional architectural design from the beginning of the use of space and fo^ma~ structure design has become ecological and organic construction gradually. In this paper, Building Information Modeling technology had been taken as an entry point, positive significance of developing and improvement of green buitding had been mainly discussed based on BIM technology.
