呼吸机相关性肺炎零容忍：从指南开始 被引量：8

摘要 随着重症医学的迅猛发展，重症患者的预后得到明显改善，生存时间明显延长。但随着重症监测与治疗技术的推广和普及，面对免疫功能受到影响或抑制的重症患者，呼吸机相关性肺炎（VAP）、导管相关性血流感染（CRBSI）等医院获得性感染明显增加，成为影响重症患者预后的严峻的制约因素，
