长链非编码RNA在脑肿瘤中表达的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 长链非编码RNA（1ncRNAs）首先是在大鼠全长cDNA序列文库中被描述，普遍认为是一类转录本长度超过200nt的RNA，其本身缺乏明显的开放阅读框，位于细胞核内或胞质中，不参与蛋白质编码功能[1]。随着最新探测技术出现，如Tiling arrays和RNA深度测序，lncRNAs被不断发现。众多研究表明，在肿瘤细胞中，
