摘要
调查了崇明地区35份花椰菜种质资源结球期的根茎粗、株高、最大叶长与宽、叶形指数、开展度长与宽等7个主要株型性状,并进行了相关性与主成分分析。结果表明:崇明花椰菜种质资源可初步分成密植高产的小株型和适于加工的大株型;7个性状中株高、根茎粗、开展度长和开展度宽4个性状具有较高的相关性,开展度和叶型指数在7个性状中具有较高的代表性。以上结果可为崇明花椰菜种源的综合利用和杂交品种选育提供参考。
The 35 cauliflower cultivars in Chongming area were investigated in terms of heading- stage plant characters such as rhizome diameter, plant height, maximum leaf length and width, leaf in-dex, and length and width of expansion, and the cluster analysis and the correlation and principal component analyses were made. The results showed that all the cultivars could preliminarily be divided in to a close-planting and high-yielding small plant There were very close correlations between plant of expansion ;And the expansion degree and leaf plant characters. type and a large plant type suitable for processing; height, rhizome diameter, and both length and width index had a high representative significance in the 7 plant characters.
