玻璃酸钠滴眼液对翼状胬肉转位术后泪膜恢复的作用

Effects of hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops on tear film after pterygium transposition

目的:探讨玻璃酸钠滴眼液促进翼状胬肉手术后泪膜恢复的作用。方法:选择翼状胬肉手术患者68例76眼,随机分为玻璃酸钠组和对照组2个组,每组38眼,玻璃酸钠组术后给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼;对照组术后不给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液滴眼。记录患者术前1d,术后1,7,14,30d进行泪膜破裂时间(tear break-up tmie,BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SehirmerⅠtest,SⅠt)、角膜荧光素染色积分(CFS)检测。结果:术前和术后1d两组BUT,SⅠt,CFS无显著性差异(P>0.05),术后7,14d玻璃酸钠组BUT,SⅠt,FS与对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃酸钠滴眼液具有促进翼状胬肉手术后泪膜恢复的作用。

AIM： To evaluate the effects of hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops on tear film after pterygium transposition .METHODS： All 68 cases （76 eyes） after pterygium transposition were chosen and randomly divided into two groups： the hyaluronic acid sodium group and control group. In the hyaluronic acid sodium group, the patients were treated by hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops after pterygium transposition. In the control group, the patients were not treated by hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops. The tear film break-up time （BUT）, the time of tear secretion （ Schirmer Ⅰtest, S Ⅰt） and corneal fluorescein staining （CFS） were observed by the slit- lamp before operation, 1 day, 7, 14, 30 days after operation. RESULTS： There was no statistical difference between groups before operation and 1 day after operation （ P〉 0.05）. After treatment, the BUT, S I t and CFS were significantly different（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION ： Hyaluronic acid sodium eye drops can be effective on functional restoration of tear film after pterygium transposition.
