经皮激光椎间盘汽化减压术联合恩再适与联合甲钴胺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效对比 被引量:2

Comparison of the effects of ex-sik and mecobalamin combined with percutaneous laser disc decompres- sion for patients with lumbar intervertebrai disc herniation

摘要 目的比较经皮激光椎间盘汽化减压术(PLDD)联合恩再适(牛痘疫苗致炎兔皮提取物注射液)与联合甲钴胺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,随机分为2组:PI,DD术联合恩再适组(治疗组)和PLDD术联合甲钴胺组(对照组),每组60例。于治疗前和治疗后各点,记录VAS评分并观察治疗前后临床症状分级及评价治疗效果。结果治疗后3、6个月时,治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后3个月时,治疗组麻木、冷感有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗结束6个月,两组患者治愈率和好转率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),总有效率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论PLDD联合恩再适与联合甲钴胺治疗腰椎间盘突出症均安全有效,但联合恩再适效果更佳。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of ex-sik (extracts from rabbit skin in- flamed by vaccinia virus for injection) and mecobalamin combined with percutaneous laser disc decom- pression (PI.DD)for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were randomly divided into 2 groups, PLDD combined with ex-sik (treatment group) and PLDD combined with mecobalamin (control group), 60 cases in each group. VAS was recorded, clinical symptoms and the effects were assessed before and after the treatment. Results VAS was significantly lower in the treatment group than that in control group at 3 and 6 months after the treatment(P〈0.05 ). At 3 months after the treat- ment, the effective rates of numbness and cold sensation were significantly higher in the treatment group than those in control group(P〈0.05 ). There were significantly differences in the cure and improvement rates at 6 months after the treatmnet between the two groups (P〈 0.05). But no difference was found in the total effective rate(P〈0.05). Conclusion The methods of ex-sik or mecobalamin combined with percutaneous laser disc decompression are safe and effective for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, but PLDD combined with ex-sik is better.
