摘要
目的 :了解青藏高原世居藏族青少年运动负荷下的氧代谢动力学特点 ,以探讨高原环境对青少年健康的影响。方法 :对海拔 4 2 0 0m高原 2 0例健康世居藏族及 15例同龄移居汉族青少年的氧代谢动力学指标进行测定 ,包括最大氧耗量、血氧饱和度和心指数等。结果 :世居藏族青少年的最大负荷、无氧代谢阈值、最大心指数、最大氧供给量和最大氧耗量、血氧饱和度均明显大于移居组 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;两组各项指标在运动前后的变化幅度亦存在明显差异。结论 :世居藏族青少年具有较高的运动能力和氧耗量 ,而他们较大的氧供给能力是此二者的基础和保障。这可能是该民族长期生活在低氧环境中不断进化的结果。
To study the features of oxygen metabolism kinetics in Tibetan adolescent at high altitude during exercise. Methods: 20 Tibetan and 15 Han adolescents at altitude of 4 200 m were investigated by measuring O 2max , CI max , SO 2, AT, DO 2max during exercise.Results:The O 2max , DO 2max , CI max , SO 2 and AT in Tibetan group were higher than those of Han group(P<0.05~0.01). The fluctuate extents of some parameters after exercise were different obviously between the two groups.Conclusion: The higher DO 2 max may provide the basis of higher work load and O 2 max in Tibetan adolescents because of long term evolution in hypoxia environment.
