HIV抗体初筛实验室质控考评结果分析

ANALYSIS OF THE RESULTS EVALUATING HIV ANTIBODY SCREENING LABORATORY

目的 :评价艾滋病毒检测初筛实验室的检测质量 ,促进质控水平的提高。方法 :用包括HIV抗体阳性、弱阳性和阴性共 2 0份考评血清对 53个医疗防疫单位的艾滋病毒检测初筛实验室进行现场测试。结果 :35个实验室检测结果完全正确 ,17个实验室出现了不同程度的假阴性结果 ,近 1/ 3的实验室检测弱阳性标本的S/CO值低于质控标准的 95%可信限以下。结论 :敏感性达不到标定的范围是HIV检测存在的主要问题。未严格遵守艾滋病毒检测工作规范 ,技术操作水平低是出现问题的主要原因。

Objective: To evaluate the test quality of HIV antibody sereening laboratories, as to promote the quality control improvement of HIV test. Methods: The total of 53 HIV antibody screening laboratories were evaluated using a set of serum panel containing 20 serum specimens with 8 HIV antibody reactive, 2 HIV antibody weak reactive and 10 HIV antibody non-reactive.Results:There were 35 laboratories giving complete correct results, whereas false negative results occurred in 17 laboratories. About one third of the laboratories got the results that S/CO value was lower than the 95% confidence interval of quality control srandard, when the two weak reactive samples were tested.Conclusion: The principal problem existing in HIV screening test was that the sensitivity was lower than the standard scale. Not to abide by the specification of HIV test and low level of skill and operation might be the main reasons of the problem occurred.
