正确认识细胞形态学在骨髓增生异常综合征诊断中的地位 被引量：7

摘要 骨髓增生异常综合征（myelodysplastic symdrome，MDS）是一组起源于造血干细胞的克隆性髓系恶性肿瘤，其特征是外周血细胞计数减少、髓系细胞一系或多系发育异常及无效造血．患者演变为急性髓系白血病（acute myeloid leukemia，AML）的风险增高。
