胸部高分辨率CT在间质性肺疾病诊断中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 间质性肺疾病（interstitial lung disease，ILD）是一组是以肺泡炎症和间质纤维化为基本病变的非肿瘤和非感染性肺部疾病的总称．现又称为弥漫性实质性肺病．目前已有200多种疾病囊括在ILD之下，其中不少疾病为少见病、罕见病。对临床医师而言．200多种疾病之间的诊断和鉴别往往很困难。近十年．随着影像学技术的快速发展．特别是胸部高分辨率CT（HRCT）的临床运用．使我们对不同种类ILD患者的HRCT表现有了更深入的认识．对ILD的确诊率有了很大的提高．并使部分ILD患者免于肺活检，
