摘要
目的 :对比研究 4种青藤碱贴片的经皮渗透行为。方法 :以pH 6.8磷酸缓冲液为接收液 ,以裸鼠皮肤为实验材料 ,对比研究了 4种青藤碱TDD制剂的经皮渗透行为。结果 :4种TDD制剂中 ,以TDD4的透皮速率常数为最高 ,以TDD3为最低。结论 :空白压敏胶对药物从贮库向皮肤转运有一定程度的阻滞作用。
OBJECTIVE:To compare the transdermal profile of 4 types of sinomenine TDD.METHOD:The transdermal profile of 4 types of sinomenine TDD were studied comparatively on hareless mice skin with phosphate buffer(pH6.8) as the absorption solution.RESULTS:Among the 4 types of sinomenine TDD,the transdermal speed constant of TDD4 was the highest and that of TDD3 is the lowest.CONCLUSION:The blank pressure sensitivity adhesive prevented drug from reservoir toward skin,and the transdermal enhancers enhanced the drug releasing speed.
