Review of current progress on lung adenocarcinoma with lepidic growth

肺癌是世界范围内发病率和死亡率最高的肿瘤,腺癌是最常见的病理类型。在肺腺癌中,相当一部分表现为贴壁状生长方式,包括原位腺癌、微浸润腺癌以及贴壁状生长为主的浸润性腺癌,并有各自独特的临床、影像及病理表现,预后也不同。现将回顾过往文献并就此作一综述。

Lung cancer is one of most common malignant diseases in the world with the highest mortality and morbidity,well,the adenocarcinoma is the typical histological type.A part of adenocarcinomas,such as adenocareinoma in situ,microinvisive adenocarcinoma,lepidic predominant adenocarcinoma,present a lepidic growth patterns,and they may have their manifestations on distinct clinic,radiology and pathology,as well,they have different prognosis.We willhave a prospective literature review in this area.
