血栓心脉宁片对脑梗死患者脑动脉搏动指数等的影响

Influence of Xueshuan Xinmaining tablets on cerebral artery pulsatility index of patients with cerebral infarction

目的评价血栓心脉宁片对脑梗死患者脑动脉搏动指数等的影响。方法选择急性脑梗死患者,发病后即行经颅多普勒(TCD)及血脂血糖检查,急性期予抗血小板及活血化瘀、康复针灸等治疗,急性期后将TCD检查有大脑中动脉硬化表现的患者随机分为对照组和血栓心脉宁组,对照组予尼莫地平口服,治疗组在对照组基础上加用血栓心脉宁片,服用3个月后复查TCD及血脂等,比较其差异。结果血栓心脉宁组大脑中动脉搏动指数及脂蛋白(a)明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血栓心脉宁能够影响脑梗死患者的脂代谢,改善脑梗死患者的脑动脉弹性,减少脑梗死复发。

Objective To evaluate the influence of Xueshan Xinmaining tablets on the cerebral artery pulsatility index of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected. Transeranial Doppler（TCD）and blood lipid and glucose examination were conducted immediately after disease onset. In the acute phase,treatment,such as anti-platelet,blood circulation activation and rehabilitation acupuncture,was given. After the acute phase,patients with middle cerebral artery sclerosis detected by TCD were randomly divided into the control group and the Xueshuan Xinmaining group. The control group was given the oral administration of nimodipine and the treatment group was given additional Xueshuan Xinmaining tablets on the basis of the control group. The TCD and blood lipid and glucose examination were conducted again 3 months later and the differences were compared. Results The Xueshuan Xinmaining group was significantly lower than the control group in the middle cerebral artery pulsatility index and lipoprotein（a）,with statistically significant differences（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Xueshnan Xinmaining can affect the lipid metabolism of patients with cerebral infarction,improve the cerebral artery elasticity of patients with cerebral infarction and reduce the recurrence of cerebral infarction.
