玉屏风散联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂在治疗过敏性鼻炎中的疗效观察

Effect observation of jade screen powder combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的分析玉屏风散联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂在过敏性鼻炎治疗当中的价值。方法选取2010年3月～2012年5月在本院进行治疗的过敏性鼻炎患者53例,按照随机的原则将患者分为两组,分别采用玉屏风散联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂和布地奈德鼻喷雾剂。结果中西医结合组的患者的疗效显著高于西医组(P<0.05),不良反应与西医组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论玉屏风散联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂可作为过敏性鼻炎的一线治疗方案。

Objective To analyze the value of jade screen powder combined with budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 53 cases with allergic rhinitis selected in our hospital from March 2010 to May 2012 were divided into two groups randomly,and given jade screen powder combined with budesonide nasal spray and single budesonide nasal spray respectively. Results The effect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was better than that of western medicine group （P 〈 0.05 ） .There was no significant difference in adverse reaction between two groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conchlsion Jade screen powder combined with budesonide nasal spray can be first-line treatment in allergic rhinitis.
