绝经过渡期功血患者子宫内膜诊刮术后去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗的效果研究

Study of the effects of desogen on dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients in menopausal transition after endometrial curettage

目的探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法将72例绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。治疗组给予去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗,对照组给予妇康片治疗,比较两组患者控制出血时间、完全止血时间以及总疗效。结果治疗组控制出血时间(22.42±11.42)h、完全止血时间(51.25±18.62)h明显短于对照组,治疗组总疗效(100%)明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组患者的总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组患者的总疗效86.11%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组不良反应发生率为2.8%,明显低于对照组的27.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血复发率低,止血效果佳,且副反应少,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of desogen in the treatment of menopausal transition dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 72 patients with menopausal transition dysfunctional uterine bleeding were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number,36 cases in each group.Patients in the treatment group were received the treatment of desogen and patients in the control group were received norlutin. bleeding time,completely stoping bleeding time and the total effect in the two groups were compared. Results The bleeding time in the treatment group was（22.42 ± 11.42） h, completely stoping bleeding time was （51.25 ± 18.62） h,significantly shorter than those in the control group,there were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）.The total effective rate was 100.00% in the treatment group,was significantly higher than 86.11% in the control group,there was significant （P 〈 0.01）.Incidence rate of adverse reactions was 2.8% in the treatment group,significantly lower than 27.8% in the control group,there was statistically significant（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Recurrence rate is low when patients with menopausal transition dysfunctional uterine bleeding are received the treatment of desogen,the hemostatic effect is very good,and the side effects is few.It＇s worthy of clinical application.
