阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布对冠心病高脂血症患者血脂的影响

Effect of atorvastatin combined with ezetimibe on coronary heart disease patients with hyperlipidemia lipid

目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗冠心病高脂血症疗效。方法 136例冠心病高脂血症患者分为阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗组及单用阿托伐他汀对照组,比较两组患者治疗前后的血脂变化、血脂达标率及不良反应。结果治疗后两组患者的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均明显降低(P<0.05),尤其治疗组明显优于对照组,TC、LDL-C、TG达标率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),HDL-C虽有上升但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应少。结论阿托伐他汀联合依折麦布对冠心病高脂血症患者有较好的降脂作用,能提高降脂达标率。

Objective To investigate the effect of Atorvastatin Combined with ezetimibe on coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia. Methods 136 cases with coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia were divided into atorvastatin and ezetimibe treatment group and atorvastatin group, serum lipid changes,the success rate of blood lipids and adverse reaction of two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results The total cholesterol （TC three）,triglyceride （TG）,low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）in the two groups after treatment were significantly decreased （P 〈0.05）,particularly in the treatment group was significantly better than the control gronp,TC,LDL-C, TG compliance rate was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.01）,ahhough the HDL-C up there but there was no statistical difference （P 〉 0.05）.Adverse reactions less. Conclusion Lipid-lowering effect of atorvastatin and ezetimibe on coronary heart disease patients with byperlipidemia is better and improve the success rate of fat.
