Objective To discuss the preventive measures of dispensing accident in outpatient pharmacy. Methods Starting from each work link of prescription dispensing, perfect the work rules, adopt various measures to avoid errors and hidden danger. Results The outpatient pharmacy dispensing errors were avoided and reduced, thus the safety of patients was guaranteed, and the level of pharmaceutical service was improved. Conclusion Pharmacists should strengthen learning profession, improve staff quality and responsibility, maximumly prevent the occurrence of dispensing errors.
