临床路径是医疗管理者用来控制医疗成本及改善医疗品质的方法之一,也是提高医疗品质、规范医疗行为的一种管理措施。临床路径在产科实施中,合理控制了医疗费用增长,降低了医疗成本,保障了医疗工作的质量,改善了患者的满意度,和谐医患关系。但也存在着个别管理者、医务人员有抵触情绪、思维僵化等问题。提出加强临床路径知识教育和培训的重要性,信息化管理是临床路径实施的有效保障。产科病种相对单一,是实施临床路径的适合科室。

Obstetric department is the suited department for the implementation of clinical pathway due to obstetric diseases are relatively single.
