江门市医院消毒供应中心(室)清洗消毒设施及建筑布局调查分析

Cleaning and disinfection facilities and architecture disposition survey of sterilization and supply center (room) in Jiangmen city hospital

目的对江门市蓬江、江海两区各级医院消毒供应中心(室)清洗消毒设施及建筑布局现状进行调查,针对存在问题提出整改建议,为提高质量管理提供依据。方法以《医院消毒供应中心管理规范》和相关行业规定为标准,设计清洗消毒设施调查表及对建筑布局现场进行调查,汇总分析结果。结果 3间三级医院、2间二级医院、1间专科医院的消毒供应中心(室)建筑布局相对比较合理,分区较明确,其余11间医院的消毒供应中心(室)建筑布局普遍设置不合理;三级医院清洗基本设备显著好于其他医院。结论部分医院消毒供应中心(室)清洗消毒设施简陋,建筑布局设置不合理,管理滞后;各级医院管理者应引起高度重视,加强清洗消毒硬件建设和质量管理;科学合理的建筑布局流程,是供应室有效防控医院感染的重要环节。

Objective To survey sterilization and supply centers （room） cleaning and disinfection facilities and architecture disposition of different hospitals in Pengjiang,Jianghai district of Jiangmen city,and propose reform suggestions in view of the existing problems,provide basis for improving the quality of management. Methods In accordance with ＂management regulations of sterilization and supply center in hospital＂and relevant industry standards,design the cleaning and disinfection facilities questionnaire, investigate the architecture disposition site,and pooledly analyze the results. Results The architecture disposition of sterilization and supply center （room） in 3 cases of three grade hospital,2 cases of two grade hospital, and 1 case of special hospital were relatively reasonable,partition were clear,the layout of building in remaining 11 hospital sterilization supply center（room）were set unreasonablely, basic cleaning equipment of three grade hospital were significantly better than other hospitals. Conclusion The cleaning and disinfection facilities of disinfection supply center （room） in part of hospital are simple and crude, construction layout is not reasonable,management lags behind;all levels of hospital managers should pay great attention to strengthen cleaning and disinfection hardware construction and quality management,thescientific and reasonable layout of the building process,which are the important links for supply room to effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection.
