开腹与腹腔镜胆囊切除术对急性胆囊炎的疗效对比研究

Effect comparative study on open cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis

目的对比研究开腹胆囊切除术与腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院2009年9月～2012年10月收治的130例急性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象,按手术方式分为对照组(行开腹胆囊切除术)和实验组(行腹腔镜胆囊切除术),比较两组病例临床疗效。结果实验组手术耗时、肛门排气时间、住院时间及术中出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05);实验组术后并发症发生率更是明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎具有创伤小、恢复快、预后好等优点,临床疗效优于传统开腹胆囊切除术,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of open cholecystectomy and laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis. Methods 130 cases with acute cholecystitis selected in our hospital from September 2009 to October 2012 were divided into control group given open cholecystectomy and experimental group given laparoscopic cholecystectomy according to different operation methods. The clinical effect of two groups were compared. Results The operation time,anal exsufflation time,hospital stay time and operative blood loss of experimental group were less than those of control group（P 〈 0.05）;The incidence of postoperative complications of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis has many advantages such as less trauma,quick recovery and good prognosis,which is better than open cholecystectomy,and it is worthy of clinical widely.
