肝胆管结石不同治疗方式临床比较研究

Clinical treatment for the hepatic calculus and compare the results between different treatments

目的观察手术疗法在肝胆管结石临床治疗的应用,并对比不同治疗方式的效果。方法选取2009年12月～2012年12月到我院就诊的肝胆管结石患者100例,并随机将其分成观察组和对照组,每组50例,观察组采用先进的微创治疗法,对照组采用传统手术治疗方法。对比两种不同治疗方法中患者手术时间、术后出血量、术后并发症、复发率等情况。结果观察组50例患者在采用了微创手术治疗后,患者的病情得到了有效的控制,不论是在手术时间、术后出血量还是术后残石率、结石复发率方面都要低于对照组。两组治疗效果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床实践证明,微创手术治疗效果要优于传统手术治疗肝胆管结石,同时,采用微创手术治疗,痛苦小、复发率低,受到患者的青睐,患者的临床治疗满意度得到极大提升。

Objective To observe the operation therapeutic application in the clinical treatment for the hepatic calculus and compare the results between different treatments. Methods 100 patients with hepatic calculus in our hospital for treatment from Dec 2009 to Dec 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 50 cases,the observation group was treated with advanced minimally treatment,but the control group was treated with the traditional operation therapy method,through compared with the operation time,postoperative bleeding,postoperative complications,recurrence rate of between two groups. Results the state pf tje o;;mess of 50 patient of the observation treated with advanced minimally treatment had been effectively controlled,no matter the operation time, the postoperative bleeding or postoperative residual stone rate,recurrence rate were lower than those of the control group. Compared the effect between the two groups,there is statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion According to the clinical practice,the minimally invasive operation treatment is better than the traditional operation in treatment of hepatic calculus,at the same time, minimally invasive operation treatment featured less pain, low recurrence rate,and it is accepted well by patient,the clinical treatment of patients＇ satisfaction degree improved significantly.
