综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效观察

Clinical observations of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

目的探讨综合疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2011年6月～2012年6月本院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者100例作为研究对象,对照组给予静脉滴注头孢曲松钠与甲硝唑注射液进行治疗,1周为1个疗程,根据患者病情酌情治疗2～3个疗程,各组50例。治疗组采用静脉给药、中药外敷结合微波理疗的综合疗法进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗总有效率。结果经治疗对照组总有效率为76%,而治疗组临床总有效率为92%,治疗组疗效明显好于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用综合治疗方法能有效的治疗慢性盆腔炎,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 100 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital between June 2010 and June 2012 were divided into study group and control group,and each group had 50 cases.The control group were treated with ceftriaxone sodium and metronidazole injection.One week was a course of treatment.The study group were treated with comprehensive therapy, which included intravenous drug and external application of Chinese medicine and microwave physical therapy.The total effective rates of two groups after the treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 76%, and the study group was 92%. Compared two group,patients in study group were significantly better than the control group.There was significarit difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive therapy can effectively treat the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.It should be widely applied.
