摘要
目的 :解决复方卡那霉素眼药水中卡那霉素和地塞米松的含量测定问题。方法 :在复方卡那霉素眼药水中加入衍生试剂 ,使卡那霉素形成二氢吡啶衍生物 ,利用其在紫外有吸收的特点进行测定。地塞米松的测定因受到对羟基苯甲酸乙酯的干扰 ,所以采用双波长分光光度法进行测定。结果 :卡那霉素在 8~ 2 0 μg/ml范围内呈线性r=0 .9998,地塞米松在 1 2~ 2 0 μg/ml范围内呈线性r=0 .9998,卡那霉素和地塞米松的平均回收率分别为 X =99.92 % (RSD为 0 .4 0 % )和 X =99.52 % (RSD为 0 .4 2 % )。结论 :方法快速 ,简便、准确。
OBJECTIVE:To determine the concentrations of kanamycin and dexamethasone in the eye drops.METHOD:Kanamycin was derivatized in eye drops to form dihydropyridine derivative,and the concentrations of dihydropyridine derivative was determined by UV.Dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used to determine the dexamethasone.RESULTS:The linear ranges of the determination of kanamycin and dexamethasone were 8~20μg/ml(r=0.9998) and 12~20μg/ml(r=0.9998),respectively.The average recovery of kanamycin was 99.92% with RSD 0.40% and 99.52% with RSD 0.42%,respectively.CONCLUSION:The method is rapid,simple and accurate for the assay of kanamycin and dexamethasone.
