骨水泥填充加锁定钢板内固定治疗长骨转移癌伴病理性骨折 被引量:4

Clinical effects of calcium phosphate cement with interlock plate internal fixation in patients with long bone metastatic cancer and pathological fracture

摘要 目的探讨骨水泥填充加锁定钢板内固定治疗长骨转移癌伴病理性骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析骨水泥填充加锁定钢板内固定治疗96例长骨转移癌伴病理性骨折患者的临床资料,分析其临床疗效。结果 96例患者治疗后均未出现骨水泥、钢板断裂、窦道和感染。术中3例患者出现骨水泥反应,3例患者术后出现深静脉栓塞,给予相应对症治疗后均缓解。复查X线,所有患者骨折均愈合,愈合时间3~5个月。术后疼痛显著缓解,缓解率为100%。术后存活时间为6~39个月,除3例患者术后因膝关节轻度功能受限外,其他患者均对手术效果满意。结论骨水泥填充加锁定钢板内固定治疗长骨转移癌伴病理性骨折疗效显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the clinical effects of calcium phosphate cement with interlock plate internal fixation in patients with long bone metastatic cancer and pathological fracture.Methods The clinical data of 96 patients with long bone metastatic cancer and pathological fracture treated with calcium phosphate cement with interlockplate internal fixation,and the clinical effects were observed.Results There was no fracture in calcium phosphate cement or interlock plate,no sinus or infection in the patients.There was bone cement reaction in 3 patients,3 patients with deep vein thrombosis,but improved after symptomatic treatment.The bone fracture were healed 3-5 months after the treatment.Patients were satisfied with the surgical results except 3 patients with mild limitation of knee function.Conclusions Calcium phosphate cement with interlock plate internal fixation has exactly effects in patients with long bone metastatic cancer and pathological fracture,and it is worthy of promotion.
