心理干预对淋巴瘤患者化疗后抑郁情绪的改善研究

Psychological intervention on depression in patients with lymphoma after chemotherapy

目的探讨心理干预在淋巴瘤患者化疗护理中的应用效果。方法选取2009年6月至2012年6月间收治的82例淋巴瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(41例)与对照组(41例),观察组患者给予针对性心理护理;对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者化疗中断率与抑郁情绪评分。结果观察组患者的化疗中断率显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组SDS评分、SAS评分、VAS评分均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论心理干预可以有效提高患者化疗的依从性,避免不良情绪的产生。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological intervention on depression in patients with lymphoma after chemotherapy.Methods To collect 82 cases of patients with lymphoma whom hospitalized form June 2009 to June 2012 in our hospital,82 patients were divided into two groups randomly,the observation group（41 cases） were given targeted psychological nursing,the control group was given routine nursing care,compared two groups of patients with chemotherapy interruption rate and depression score. Results The chemotherapy interruption rate of observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 0.05）;after the treatment,the observation group SDS score,SAS score,VAS score was significantly lower than that of control group（P 0.05）.Conclusions Psychological intervention can effectively improve the patients compliance to the chemotherapy treatment,to avoid the bad emotion.
