摘要
目的 研究治疗剂量超声波辐射心脏对心肌组织和心脏功能的影响。方法 以 80 0kHz脉冲式超声波 1.5W /cm2 或 2 .5W /cm2 3 0min单次或 10次辐射兔心脏 ,同时监测心率、心电图、股动脉血压。辐射后取心肌组织作光镜、电镜检查。结果 超声波辐射时心率增快 ,收缩期血压增高 ,但均无统计学显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。电镜下见心肌局部糖原颗粒增多 ,线粒体轻度增生 ,未见其它异常改变。结论 治疗剂量超声波辐射兔心脏不引起明显心血管功能性反应 ,亦无明显辐射性心肌损伤。
Objective To evaluate the influence of the therapeutic dosage ultrasound radiation upon the myocardium and cardiac function. Methods Thirty-two New Zealand rabbits were exposed their hearts to the pulsed ultrasound of 800 KHz at 1.5 W/cm 2 or 2.5 W/cm 2 for 30 minutes once or tentimes. The other 8 rabbits were taken as a control. The heart rate, electrocardiogram and femoral arterial blood pressure were monitored continuously during the ultrasound radiation. The sample of the myocardium taken at the end of the experiment was studied by the light or electronic microscope. Results The heart rate and systolic blood pressure were a little bit higher during the ultrasound radiation of the heart, but there were no significant differences statistically (P=NS, respectively ). Slight hyperplasia of the glucogen and mitochondrion in the myocardial cell was observed frequently on the electronic microscope. There were no cardiac arrhythmia or myocardial ischemia found on the electrocardiogram and no myocardial damages identified under the microscope. Conclusion Therapeutic dosage of ultrasound radiation has no damages on the myocardium and no significant influence on the constructive and metabolic functions of the heart.
